Shopware Domain Mapping Misconfiguration Help

Common Misconfigurations

1. Current URL not matching any Sales Channel Domains

Following URLs are known to Shopware: default.headless0, https://31967d2c-44d1-4b8e-a78a-2cba0250225d.env.hubblestudio.io,

Solution:

  1. Open the Administration
  2. Click on the left bottom side on the desired sales channel
  3. Make sure in the Domain Panel that the current access URL is added there: https://1cbecab4-c97e-4aa5-91d2-798e9199fa29.env.hubblestudio.io

2. Misconfigured Proxy Header forwarding / Trusted Proxies

Symptoms: Cannot resolve a Sales Channel, Assets are loading with http instead of https.

Solution:

Make sure the visible URL is the actual URL in your browser: https://1cbecab4-c97e-4aa5-91d2-798e9199fa29.env.hubblestudio.io/. If not, the proxy configuration could be wrong.
